SNS DPG extends deep appreciation to General Mills for a delicious SNS DPG Breakfast Meeting at ANC in Dallas. Dr. Keith Ayoob's entertaining presentation was enjoyed by 55+ members and guests. Guests included SNA leaders Dora Rivas, Nancy Rice, and Helen Phillips, as well as SNA Executive Director Barbara Belmont and the new director of NFSMI, Katie Wilson.

This endowment supports the Frances Carr Parker scholarship, which recognizes a longtime School Nutrition Services Professional, Frances Carr Parker, RD, LDN. The scholarship was established to support graduate studies to enhance job skills related to the practice of school nutrition. A $2,000 award is given through the award winner’s university. An application will be available on ADA's Web site. Frances Carr Parker Endowment Fund gives annually a $2,000 award to a member to support graduate studies to enhance school nutrition. Applicant must be a RD, a member of SNS and have a child nutrition goal.

packets for awards such as the Judy Ford Stokes Award and the ADAF Award of Excellence in
